While I cannot personally speak to the insurance industry from the business side, I can absolutely talk about business in general. “Randi Glazer's 12 Strategies for Surviving a Career in the Insurance Industry” is an easy to read paperback that takes the reader through the strategies of business … any business. Glazer touches on the vital aspects of surviving the world of business.
The book does touch directly on the
insurance industry, however even in that there is complete truths offered up by
Glazer for the businessperson. With chapters like chapter 9 “Similarities
Between Business and Marriage,” this book is a must read for anyone who is even
thinking about becoming self-employed. Chapter 9 is only one example of the
solid advice that this 42-page book has to offer. I would go as far as to say
that “Randi Glazer's 12 Strategies for Surviving a Career in the Insurance
Industry” is a must read for any businessperson and would be a great gift for
the recent college grad!
