TriStar Pictures with Clinique host the premiere of ‘Ricki

On Monday, August 3 Clinique
hosted the world premiere of “Ricki & the Flash,” starring Meryl Streep.
Attendees at the premiere included the stars of the film including Meryl, Kevin
Kline, Mamie Gummer and Rick Springfield. Other notable celebrities attending
were Laverne Cox, Marisa Tomei and Christine Baranski.

Prior to the film, Clinique debuted one of the three
videos they created as part of their partnership with TED, a global campaign
dedicated to celebrating the power of female thought by encouraging women
across the world to share their compelling ideas.

The featured video highlighted the work of Erin Bagwell, a
feminist storyteller and director of the film “Dream, Girl” – a documentary
that tells the stories of female entrepreneurs with the aim to change the
public perception of the roles that women can fill.
