I love to bake and with this being the holiday season, I
have been doing quite a lot of it. And today I’m going to share my amazing
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Recipe. But, first let’s take a look at a tool
that should be in every baker’s kitchen -- silicone baking mats. I have to
admit that until about six months ago, I had never used a silicone baking mat
and now I wouldn’t want to bake without one.
Silicone Baking Mats by Teresa's
Kitchen are a really good quality baking mat. One item to note, if you’ve never
used one they’re gonna feel really weird at first. Anyway, having received my
Silicone Baking Mats by Teresa's Kitchen yesterday, I whipped up a batch of one
of my personal favorite cookies, Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.
While the cookies are easy to make, just as with any
cookie even baking can be tricky. With the Silicone Baking Mats by Teresa's
Kitchen my cookies baked evenly and were so easy to transfer from cookie sheet
to rack. Clean up is an absolute breeze. A simple rinse with warm water -- no
scrubbing -- and you can move on to next. I previously written about my love of
Pralines and I can’t wait to try this mat out on that.
