AhSleep Supplement Review

I think that the name sort of lets you know what this supplement is all about. And Pop Culture Shock readers know that I conduct quite a few reviews for supplements and alternative/holistic health aids. Today seems to be “the” day that I’ve published nothing but. All of that aside, I was impressed with this company right away. Let me share why.

Contained within my package was a letter that welcomed me and gave me a direct connection to an actual person should I need it. Furthermore, there was a pamphlet that gave me all of the information that I could possibly need to safely take this supplement. That information began with the person who developed AhSleep, Dr. Tracy Sands. Dr. Sands developed AhSleep to help those in recovery who were suffering from insomnia, which is extremely common during recovery and extremely common for the public at large. So common to the public that the CDC has classified insufficient sleep as a public health hazard! Oh dear Austin can attest to the hazards of sleep deprivation!

I chose to try AhSleep because it does not contain any known habit forming ingredients. I was given a five-night supply and have experienced some of the most restful sleep that I’ve had in long time. I woke up refreshed and ready to go! The only other time that happens is when I’m camping, but sadly I can’t go camping every time I experience a bout of insomnia.
