Salmon with Potatoes Recipe and House-Autry Mills Seafood Breader

Each Christmas, my brother and his wife send us a large package from Omaha Steaks, which if you didn’t know (as I didn’t initially) has more than just steaks. This year, we’d received a few boxes of fish and I was beginning to run out of ideas. Sad … I know. Well, I receive a box of House-Autry Seafood Breader and decided to give it a try. While there’s a recipe right on the back of the House-Autry Seafood Breader box, and loads more on there website, I opted to go mine own way. This turned out fabulously and hubby loved it! Using House-Autry Mills makes this recipe so much easier and I can’t wait to try out other breaders!

About House-Autry - Over 200 Years of History!

It all started back in 1812 when the House family migrated from England to Newton Grove, North Carolina. The millstones for the original mill were shipped across the Atlantic from England to Wilmington, North Carolina ... And then ferried up the Cape Fear River and transported by oxcart and mule team to the original mill site in Newton Grove. The House mill grew and eventually merged with the Autry Brothers Mill Company in 1967 to form what is now called House-Autry Mills.

For years House-Autry Mills produced corn meal. Over the years the brand has added a number of traditionally seasoned breaders and coatings for chicken, seafood, pork, and other things (like vegetables). House-Autry Mills is available in thousands of grocery stores in 37 states! To try out any of the House-Autry Mills products, you can purchase them online at the company's website or find a store near you!
